JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved under Nigerian law.
Lebien-etre International Ltd reserves the exclusive right to amend, update, or modify these terms at its sole discretion.
RULES OF CONDUCT
By using our services, you agree to the following conditions:
• Age Restriction: Only individuals 18 years of age and older are permitted to use our services.
• Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Lebien-être International Ltd has a zero-tolerance policy for prostitution, human trafficking, and any form of illegal activity. Violations will lead to permanent bans and possible legal action.
• Professional Boundaries:
o Our therapists provide only professional wellness and massage services.
o No sexual services are offered, solicited, or tolerated.
o Any attempt to engage therapists in inappropriate activities will result in immediate termination and blacklisting.
• Independent Therapist Choice: Therapists affiliated with Le Bien-Être International Ltd. retain full independence in selecting which sessions they wish to accept.
o Lebien-être International Ltd does not assign or force session bookings.
o Therapists reserve the right to accept or decline bookings without explanation.
SERVICE BOOKING AND PAYMENT REGULATIONS
• Booking: Bookings must be made directly via the official website www.lebien-etre.com. Customer service representatives may not assist with bookings except for specialized services.
• Registered User Access:
o Only verified and registered customers have access to view sensual massage service pages on our platform.
o Non-registered users will not have access to certain premium service offerings.
• Payment:
o Payments are to be made securely online (bank transfer, debit/credit card, USSD).
o No cash payments are accepted under any circumstances.
o Interstate bookings may include additional travel or maintenance charges.
• Session Confirmation: After payment, the assigned therapist contacts the client directly to reconfirm details.
• Price Policy:
o All service prices are transparent and non-negotiable.
o Bookings made at our office locations may attract extra maintenance charges where applicable.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
When using our services, you agree to:
1. Confirm you are 18 years or older.
2. Provide a safe and suitable environment (hotel, home, office) for the session.
3. Specify accurate booking details (address, date, time, and service type).
4. Notify through your dashboard or website chat once the therapist arrives.
5. Maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the session.
6. Confirm session completion on the platform after service delivery.
7. Understand that payments are final; rescheduling is allowed with prior notification, but refunds are not provided.
• Clients are required to take a shower before the session begins. If a client refuses to shower, the therapist has the right to cancel the session, and the payment will be non-refundable.
• Clients must also be properly shaved and well-groomed before booking a session. Sessions may be declined or cancelled on arrival if this requirement is not met, without a refund.
• Therapists have the right to charge an additional fee if the client is not shaved or requires grooming assistance before the session.
SESSION EXTENSIONS AND DELAYS
• Session extensions are subject to therapist approval and require immediate payment for the added time.
• Clients are expected to be on time.
o Delays exceeding 15 minutes may result in automatic cancellation or adjustment at the therapist’s discretion.
PRIVACY POLICY
• Confidentiality: We highly value your privacy. Client identity, session details, and personal information are never shared with third parties.
• Exclusive Services: Access to specialized services (including sensual massage) is restricted to registered and verified customers only.
• Professionalism: We serve clients globally, including VIPs, executives, public figures, and diplomats, ensuring the highest level of discretion.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lebien-etre International Ltd.:
• Is not responsible for independent therapist misconduct outside our service guidelines.
• Is not liable for any arrangement or interaction outside the scope of booked professional services.
All service use is at the client’s sole risk. By booking our services, you agree to indemnify Le Bien-être International Ltd. from all liabilities arising from misuse or inappropriate conduct.
