We are committed to delivering exceptional wellness experiences. In the rare event that you are dissatisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee under specific conditions, as outlined below.
GENERAL TERMS
Due to the highly personalized nature of our services:
• Once a therapist completes a session without immediate complaint or negative feedback, the service will be considered consumed and ineligible for a refund.
• Clients who breach our Terms of Service, including but not limited to misconduct, misinformation, or failure to provide accurate appointment details, forfeit their eligibility for any refund.
• Sensual massages are accessible only to registered and verified clients; refunds are subject to strict conditions for these services.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
• Clients who fail to attend or arrive late for their appointment and opt for a refund instead of rescheduling will receive only 50% of the service fee.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Refunds are not issued for cancellations caused by third-party interference, including but not limited to a spouse, partner, or family member cancelling the session.
• Once a therapist is dispatched, the session is considered confirmed and complete from our end.
• Any breach of discretion or security at the booking location will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
FULL REFUNDS
You are entitled to a complete refund under the following circumstances:
1. Therapist Cancellation: The therapist cancels the appointment without sufficient notice or a valid reason.
2. Therapist No-Show: The client has completed payment but is unable to reach or meet the assigned therapist.
3. Therapist Withdrawal: The therapist voluntarily decides not to proceed with the appointment for personal reasons, communicated in advance.
REFUND PROCESS
• Refund requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• After the 10-day window, refunds and service adjustments will no longer be entertained.
ADDITIONAL POLICY NOTES
• We recommend that clients try another therapist within 48 hours if initially dissatisfied, to ensure an optimal experience.
• Clients found abusing the refund system (e.g., repeated cancellations, unreasonable complaints, or fraudulent behavior) will be blacklisted and permanently barred from using our platform.
• Therapists choose their sessions freely without any influence from our management. Each therapist operates with full autonomy, ensuring a high standard of service and respect for client preferences.
